Description

For Auction today is a Lovely Stereo version of the Beatles Rubber Soul PCS 3075.

First pressing. December 3, 1965. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. Tracing-paper-lined “Use Emitex” die-cut inner sleeve. With KT tax code on side 2 label. Matrix numbers: Side 1: YEX 178-2; Side 2: YEX 179-2  2GT  1 L Version has a number of matrices -2/-2 issued not very long. Almost all records with this matrix numbers has one-letter stamper codes

This is a veriation B label: The word “STEREO” is moved to the left relative Parlophone logo on the side 1.

The Labels are clean and clear although small little marks possibly from maniufacturing side 2. One spindle mark on side 1 and as usual more so on side 2. The labels apart from that are fantastic and would Grade EX+

The Vinyl is absolutely wonderful and almost Mint very little to see even under a halogen light and magnifying glass NM

Cover has a clear and shiny surface the lamination is almost perfect a couple of crease lines at the left and side of front cover tri flip over laminated intact rear of cover unmarked but slight yellowing. EX++
