Beatles on Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab
To say opinions differ on the sound of MFSL Beatles LPs is an understatement. What is indisputable is many MFSL Beatles LPs do not sound like EMI Beatles LPs. I think this is a good thing, and on my stereo (which includes rebuilt Quad ESL-57s, rebuilt EL34 monoblocs, tube preamp) Beatles MFSL LPs sound quite good, if a bit different. (MFSL Abbey Road is an exception; my copy has bloated bass.)
MFSL Beatles LPs were mastered from the EMI master tapes on the finest vinyl ever created. The Beatles on MFSL offers a unique sonic perspective that you may enjoy very much .

GRADING INFORMATION
- I grade conservatively. MINT (M) is a sealed LP; NEAR MINT is an open LP/cover
with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
use/wear but is not trashed. - I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
- I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had.
