Description
A old school friend's family who lived behind me, had a garage sale back when I was 12 or so, so I picked this up at that time. Think I paid 50 cents or a $1 for it. I already had one but mine was stereo, not mono.
This is the RARE Canadian 1967 First Early MONO Pressing with the harder to find RCA large ring Label
Vinyl condition is Excellent with few light scratches. The Labels are Nr-Mint - Mint as seen in pictures.
The Jacket is in Good condition. Shows wear due to aging, has a 4-5" split on top edge, and a complete spit on front cover side. The 2 ply cover was never glued together, only on the edges, so most have splits starting. My guess is that when original owner had split starting, they opened the gatefold and the split actually got to point where it looked like the regular jacket record insert. This can be easily repaired if desired, by some 2 sided tape and a little glue. The booklet has become loose from the first and last pages. This is common due to the weight of the pages and only held in by two small staples. So most you see are usually loose or missing all together.
This Canadian Mono is rare and extremely hard to find in any condition, especially in playable condition and intact.
Has the original inner record sleeve which also is rare as most used a white sleeve
