The Beatles "Please Please Me" b/w "From Me To You" 1964 Vee Jay VJ-581, crazy starter example, this is the quite rare purple label with silver print, pressed by Monarch Records' stampers (with Audio Matrix stamped in the deadwax - also note MR in a circle is visible at about 10:00 on Side 2), please know and understand both labels have been professionally repaired and touched-up (call the labels VG*); the vinyl on both sides look G+/VG- with lots of scratches and scuffs (however both sides play close to VG with no skips), this is Spizer-cataloged as VJ 581.10 and is considered the least common version of the VJ 581 single; the VJ sleeve is VG++, straight and flat but does have a 1/2 " beginning bottom seam split; priced to go.
