Description: This is rare original Odeon copy ( released in 1966 ) of Beatles’ “Please Please Me” to commemorate their Japan Tour. The cover is different from UK copy, while the disc is beautiful Odeon red-wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead 8 page colorful flaps are attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese description", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage". It’s hard to find this copy with red-wax even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G/VG ( Cover/Disc )

COVER: Cover is worn on the corners, top & partly other outer-edges. It’s stained in brown around rims inside gate-fold ( including flaps ), with ring-wear on each side ( mainly on the back ). Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has some light scuffs & scratches on the outer-groove of each side. Though there’re many scuffs ( including scratches ) on each “inner-groove”, they don’t affect the sound. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "VG”.

OBI: OBI is missing.

INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead flaps are attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER-BAG: G+, being creased & lightly browned for aging on the surface of each side. It’s torn short in left top-corner of top-flap.
