Description

A good chance to get a rare record for a good price. Okay, it`s not a Mint copy, but a very good filler for your collection adn playable. Beatles Please Please Me GOLD & BLACK pressing PMC 1202 from 1963. Matrix numbers: XEX-421-1N/XEX-422-1N. Stampers: 1T/1H. Original album with Parlophone label on old design - GOLD/BLACK label. The sleeve is the original 1st pressing Ernest J. Day one, with large mono on front and the Photo credit straight in the right corner, where it belongs. The label quotes The Parlophone Co Ltd.  Ask me why and Please Please me has the Dick James cedits. The other Northerns ongs credits.  The sleeve is graded as VG/Backcover VG- because a part of the upper flipback is destroyed. With some creasing and marks. The record itself can only be graded as VG to VG-. There are  scratches over both sides but NOT totally destroyed. You can still listen to it. May jumps 2 times on other turntables but not at mine because of one deep scracth on one track. But then again the quality of the original thick vinyl shines through and despite the scratches the sound is quite clear without distortion - just background crackle. Both label are start to fading. I WILL ONLY ACCEPT BIDS FROM BIDDERS THAT HAVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATING OF +3 OR HIGHER (NO ZERO FEEDBACK BIDDERS - SORRY). IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 5% NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - DO NOT BID!!!.
