Beatles - Please Please Me - Black/Gold Label - Mono 1st Pressing, with Dick James credit on both sides
Here we have one of the earliest pressing of the Beatles debut LP. This is an original 1st pressing, not a reissue. I know there are a number of different variants and transitional pressings. This is the 1st pressing with the Dick James publishing error credit, before it was quickly changed to Northern Songs. I will describe the LP as best as I can, if you have any questions please do ask!

Label: Old Black/Gold Parlophone label, prior to change to black/yellow design 'Dick James Mus. Co' publishing error on tracks on both sides, prior to change to Northern Songs on later issues
Inner: 'Use Emtex' die cut poly lined inner sleeve
Condition
Cover: Good
Some seem splits and wear to edges (see pictures). Spine with writing still intact and fine though. Front cover itself has some light wear but nothing major. Back cover has sellotape residue and split on bottom flipback
Vinyl: Good
Obviously well played. Lots of scuffs and marks, which I've tried my best to show in the picture. Some larger scuffs, but no major gouges or anything more serious. Deepest mark is on Chains, but still plays through fine on my turntable You can listen to both sides of the LP below. Plays with some surface noise, obviously, but still perfectly listenable
Inner: Very Good
No seam splits or damage, but does have writing on one side (see picture)
Listen to both sides of the record. Digital transfer taken directly from the LP with no processing. Plays with some light surface noise, but still quite listenable indeed and no jumps or skips on my deck. Pressing's were much more better back then!
