Getting married this September and not having enough money to put down as a deposit on a house has led me to do the most painful thing ever....

I feel I have to start raiding my Beatles Collection which I have been collecting for the last 18 years since I worked as a 13 year old in a second hand record shop.

During July and August most days I will be putting on a handful of items from my collection and asking you to put bids on. I won't be enjoying this one bit!! Once I get the amount i think I need I will stop - but do keep an eye on me as a seller as I have many rare, unusual collectable Beatles and other pop / rock memorabilia from around the world - many of the items are autographed or limited editions / unique.

If they sell then brilliant and congratulations. If they don't (for instance no one meets the asking price) that's good also as I don't particularly want to see a lot of this stuff go. Too much emotional attachments!!!

This is the UK release of Paul McCartney's British Number 1 hit 'pipes of peace' from 1983.  Wow Paul still had big hits in the eighties!!  If you're unaware of this release and are looking from the States - the flip side 'So Bad' was released as the A side over the Atlantic with Pipes of Peace backing it up!!

The picture sleeve is in excellent condition.  Paul has scrawled very nicely his name in a silver pen across the front cover and it shows up very well - take a look!!!

The vinyl is immaculate.

This was an ebay purchase, I will send along the original sellers certificate of authenticity as well as my own 'statement of validity' as a Beatles Collector.  Can't say fairer than that!!   This grabbed my eye when I saw it - Maybe it grabs yours too??
