Sleeve (please see pictures)
The original sleeve is the glossy card type as opposed to the paper ones you finf It has some ringwear and shelfwear but no writing or splits
Record (important - see note below)
A lovely shine - clean labels - minimal spindle wear - vinyl looks lovely, certainly no nasty marks to be seen - the last time I played it, see below, I noted that it played excellent. I didn't note any at the time, so there may be none, but, for selling purposes, I'll add that there may be the odd bit of feint crackle. No sticks, skips or jumps.

All records are from my own personal collection that I'm now selling after over 40 years of collecting.
A few years ago I had the time to sit and play most of my records and made notes on the condition of each. This is the information I have given above. I can't imagine that this will have changed as all the records have been stored upright in protective sleeves in a closed record storage box though a light clean may be in order to remove dust. If I've given just a visual condition only it is done with the naked eye - I'm no professional so have no special lighting etc. Unless I rave about a picture sleeve I'd assume it may have some very minor shelfwear on the edges or corners - anything major I will obviously include in the description.
