Complete original 1st UK Mono press of The Beatles 'Please Please Me’ LP from March, 1963.
1st Press Dick James credit, gold & black Parlophone labels. 1st press ‘Gold’ EJ Day sleeve with Angus McBean photo credit on the extreme right as per 1st sleeves.

Condition: Lovely condition. Visually the vinyl is glossy and clean with light surface marks visible, VERY GOOD PLUS. It plays very nicely, quiet lead-ins to both sides with only light audible static. Quiet between tracks. No loud obtrusive pops. There are obviously no skips or sticks. A great listening experience, big & punchy 1st press audio, EXCELLENT! The sleeve has a nice glossy, clean front without ring wear, fully readable spine without wear, no wear to the top or bottom edge, mild wear at the corners, the back is nice and white, no stains, pen marks or rips, light signs of handling only, EXCELLENT! Complete with original Emitex tracing-paper inner which is clean with zero splitting just mild discolouration, EXCELLENT PLUS! Also comes with a an original NEMS LTD record shop plastic protection sleeve from Brian Epstein's outlet in Liverpool. This has some small tears & tape marks. Overall a great 1st press set that stands above the majority of copies of 1st UK press mono available today. Thank you.
