"Beatles!" in brown ink - later issues use olive ink
Publishing credits to BMI on "I Want To Hold Your Hand", ASCAP on all other tracks
Black/rainbow Capitol label without "Subsidiary" on rim text
"3" on back bottom right cover - indicating the cover was printed by Modern Album
No "Produced by George Martin" on back bottom left cover

Matrix on Side 1: ST-1-2047-B 2 (I AM in triangle) (ampersand)
Matrix on Side 2: ST2-2047-A 1 (I AM in triangle) (ampersand)
Vinyl: Side 1 is NM/VG++ (one very light sleeve mark, otherwise NM with no marks of any kind); Side 2 is VG+/VG (some light sleeve marks on whole face) - no deep scratches or anything able to felt.
Cover: VG++/VG+ (light wear - some light marks on front top left and right; 1" crease on front bottom left; some light discoloration on back; 1.25" "stain" on back left; light creasing on back right)
