Description
I have one picture on this listing which is not part of The Magical Mystery Tour item and is not part of the sale and is not for sale here, it is a Beatle carrying case for EP's or perhaps singles, it is red PVC and has 16 attached thick poly sleeves, I was told it was won in a competition in the 60's and it definately has a bit of age to it, if anyone knows anything about it, I would love to know. There is more information available if you contact me through eBay.

Released by EMI/Parlophone UK on 13th December this FIRST ISSUE MONO Six Track TWO vinyl EP Set is on the traditional Black & Silver Parlophone label, has 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' label rims, 'Sold in UK....' Label text and 'Made In GT Britain' printed on all four record labels.
Early blue page lyrics
Near Mint cover incorporating a 24 page full colour booklet together with the early **blue lyric** sheet at the centre, (if you include the lyric sheet, there are 28 pages altogether) all as it should be for a 1st issue.
The rear of the cover has MMT-1 MONO top right corner.
KT tax code > labels & stampers all four sides in run offs

Also the KT tax/price code is visible to the centre of Record 1 Side 2, a mild impression with the K in among Sold in UK text it is not clearly visible and being embossed it can also be felt, all as it should be.
Both records were carefully played in full and they give superb audio PLAYING NEAR TO MINT with barely any surface noise at all and is silent between tracks, there are just a few very light surface marks so

Label side 4 has some spindle traces only and grades excellent but labels sides 1 2 & 3 grade Near Mint,
The cover is just superb and close to as of day of issue. it has the early and *1st issue blue page lyrics* at centre, everything is crisp and exceptionally clean all round. The laminated cover is sparkling bright and fresh looking with no loss of laminate and no lifting at all, eveything is crisp including the edges, no softening to the edges or corners even the corners and edges of the pages of the booklet have no softening and are as crisp and clean as the day of issue.
The cover easily grades Near Mint
Both vinyl EP's come in their superb Near Mint ORIGINAL FIRST ISSUE white WAVY TOP paper bag / inner sleeves free from any damage, NO seam splits & NO tearing.
