Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour, 7" EP

This superb MINT 1967 1st MONO example is on the UK black & silver Parlophone label: MMT 1
All labels carry the 'Sold in UK.. text and upper case 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims. The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the dead wax.  Housed in its original picture booklet with firmly attached blue lyric sheet, unrusted staples and white fluted edged inners.

Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18435-1, 4-1, 6-1 & 7-2 Stamper numbers: 7/0R, 10/PPG, 9/PR& 10/OL.

This EP formed part of a superbly preserved collection. Bought new at the time of release, the former owner (a librarian, really) was fanatical about looking after his vinyl and this record was only occasionally played on a Linn deck. Please see the other LPs from this collection we are currently selling, all of which are Excellent to Mint. This is the best one on these you'll ever get.

This copy has been kept and perfectly preserved with unfaded colours or signs of ageing.
Its only fault is a tiny amount of rubbing to the bottom edge of about an inch long, and I mean tiny rubs. There is no writing, tears or other markings inside & out.

  UK Record Collector Grading System:

  MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

  EXCELLENT (US version of this term: Near Mint): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

  VERY GOOD (US version of this term: VG++): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (US version of this term: VG): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits etc.
