This historic 1st pressing of their debut 45 dates from initial October 1962 release on the red & silver Parlophone label: 45-R 4949

Both labels carry the 'Ardmore & Beechwood' publishing credit & the 'Made in Gt. Britain' text.

A 'ZT' purchase tax code is present in the run-outs only.

Matrix numbers: 7XCE 17144-1N & 7XCE 17145-1N

Stamper codes: 1/A & 1/M

Housed within its original 'beach striped' Parlophone company cover.

Labels: EXCELLENT

A clean & unblemished pair with some light spindle trails around each unworn centre hole and no writing or missing paper anywhere.

Visual: VERY GOOD

Both playing surfaces are clean with some light surface marks and hairlines consistent with a moderate amount of play.

Sound Quality: VERY GOOD +

Both sides play well and without any major deterioration to the sound quality or audible faults.

Cover: VERY GOOD
