**100% COMPLETE WITH APPLE PROMO POSTER**

This rare UK box set designed by John Kosh is 100% complete with: outer slip-case, two inner trays, LP and softback book showing candid colour and black and white pictures by Ethan A. Russell of The Beatles during filming and recording & an Apple Records promotional poster.

The 'PXS 1' catalogue number did not appear anywhere on the package, it was just used for ordering purposes.

This is an totally 'un-restored' example. No black ink or adhesive substance has been applied to any component.

An outstanding example.
Both panels retain a high-gloss, unscratched laminate bearing just a light 3cm crease below George's portrait, and a 1.5cm one to the upper right edge.
The rear has just a 2cm light wrinkle on the lower right edge but this is otherwise a pristine example.
(the relection of my camera & tripod is visible on the image of the back of the slipcase and is not marking or wear)

Outer: EXCELLENT

Very clean & strong, the tray retains its shape with un-squashed, square edges which show just a touch of wear to the upper fold line, but no other faults.
Ther rear is clean & black with a just few faint fingermarks but again no significant wear.

Inner: EXCELLENT PLUS

Completely intact & in-shape, with just two small stress tears to the left corners where the book originally sat.
All edges, flaps & folds are clean, sharp and square with no significant wear or damage.

A pristine, un-read copy with an unworn high-gloss cover which bears just a single faint scuff line but no other wear.
The spine is in perfect condition - 'uncracked' & unopened. This copy has printed credits on page 8.
(The photo shows some light reflection on the spine & lower right corner - this is not damage or wear)

This disc is on the dark green Apple label: PCS 7096 with the 'Apple Records..' rim text.
Housed in a fully laminated, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the RED Apple logo on the reverse.
Comlete with original crisp white 'Patent No. 1,125,555' inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: YEX 773-2U & YEX 774-2U
Stamper numbers: 2/GL & 1/P

Clean & glossy example with just a slight disc impression & 3 small wrinkles toward the opening edge, but no major faults.
There is a tiny rub to the right corners but no bumping and both opening edges display are clean and sharp with no tears or feathering.
The spine & both seams are in perfect, undamaged condition.

EXCELLENT PLUS

Visual: EXCELLENT

Clean & glossy surfaces bearing just a single light fingernail mark on side 1 and two on side 2, but no scratches or other faults.
Viewed directly under a halogen desk lamp, a few wispy paper hairlines are visible, but no further visible wear.
100% flat on both sides with no dishing or warping.

Audio: EXCELLENT PLUS

A superb sounding copy with no background or groovewear distortion on any track. Even John's opening 'I dig a pygmy..' statement is clear & unworn.
There are no ticks,clicks, jumps or any other signs of audible wear anywhere and the run-ins & bands play without interference.

Factory folded and in perfect condition.

All discs are carefully play graded in their entirety on a Rega P9 deck with an Ortofon Kontrapunkt 'A' cartridge.
