Beatles LP Rubber Soul 1969 Black Label w/ “Subsidiary of…” Scranton
As collectors know, as opposed to first-issue labels which were available from 1964 through early 1968, these were only in the shops for a fraction of that time. If you’re still trying to complete this run, here’s a keeper copy.
Vinyl--- A lovely VG+ to VG++. Not a NM copy, but it is still a very good-looking piece of vinyl.
Plates--- B8/ A5 “IAM” in the dead wax, both sides.
Cover--- Nice, structurally solid, and NO seam or spine splits. Full slick, extremely little shelfwear. Areas of ringwear to front and back covers, not bad though.
Labels--- Additional 1969 text places the small Capitol logo at the 5 o’clock position on the label, as opposed to 6 o’clock on the originals. Labels are clean, NO spindle marks. Text on Side 1 label didn’t fully take to label.
Capitol Inner Sleeve--- Issued in a plain white sleeve with no die-cut holes for the labels to show. Excellent condition, no splits. A generic white sleeve will be provided, so as not to split your originally released white inner sleeve.

Note: All LP’s ship outside of their album covers in order not to damage the covers during shipment.

(Please note: Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized. The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle. Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix? Thanks!)
As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up. Thanks!)
