Beatles LP "MEET THE BEATLES" Capitol Rainbow Label.
One of the very 1st Pressings in Early 1964 - MONO # T-2047 and one of the Rarer versions!
VINYL (only paper slides and a few marks on A-side, otherwise very clean and shiny. This LP is normally very difficult to locate in any kind of acceptable condition and more often than not is found quite hammered or very scratched. This one is not and is quite nice).
JACKET (2 small initials in top right back, and only a very small 1.5"split in its lower right - SEE PHOTO). Otherwise very clean and no noticeable wear on the front and no ring wear which is quite common for this jacket. On the front, "MEET THE BEATLES" is in BROWN indicating that it is one of the FIRST OUTER JACKETS released.
LABELS are both beautiful and have Tracks 1 & 2 on A-Side with Production Credit to BMI with all the rest to ASCAP. The B-Side credits ASCAP to all Tracks except "I Wanna Be Your Man" (Track 5).
To clarify, with respect to the VINYL itself, this is one of the first pressings with a February 1964 label variation which was sent to the printers with the listed revisions. Also included is the original BLUE Capitol Inner Sleeve.
Issued in Early 1964. A great find for a BEATLE collector! Very Collectible for any BEATLE fan and a nice addition to any collection.
