Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
John Lennon-"Imagine" LP, Apple Q4PAS-10004, released in 1971. This is the very rare Quadraphonic pressing; this was made in very small quantities as most people didn't have the proper equipment to take advantage of the format. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition; this appears unplayed. The cover is also in NM condition. Complete with the poster, in NM-/NM condition, never hung, with a couple of tiny wrinkles, and the postcard, in NM condition. The custom inner sleeve that was included in the original pressing wasn't included with this set. I don't know if it came with this pressing originally or not. A must for the Lennon/Beatles completist; this is impossible to find, especially in this condition.
