Very rare and valuable picture sleeve is in excellent to near mint condition. There are no creases, tears or splits of any kind, just the normal slight curling of the top of the sleeve since the front of the sleeve is higher than the back. The record is like new, I played it once the other day so I could check out the sound which is flawless. I have been the sole owner of this record and it has been well preserved and stored properly.
