In this auction:


  • “HELP!” b/w “I’M DOWN” 45 RPM Single by The Beatles

  • This is Capitol Records 5476.

  • This title was originally released July 19, 1965; however, the record in this auction is the reissue that was released in the Spring of 1969.

  • It has the Capitol Records red and orange “target” labels with the Capitol records “dome logo”.

  • Capitol Records red and orange “target” labels were issued with the “dome logo” in 1969 and with the “C logo” from 1969 to 1971.

  • The target label issue in this auction with the “dome logo” has substantially greater demand and value over the target label issue with the “C logo”.

  • The VINYL is in NICE VG CONDITION with a number of small and light surface hairlines (only one of which is slightly “feel-able”). The vinyl has lots of gloss, and the labels are quite clean.

  • This record comes with a Capitol Records generic “target” paper sleeve in VG Condition. (I believe it is the correct sleeve for this reissue.)
