THE BEATLES: ‘HELP!’ – AN ORIGINAL 1965 UK BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE FIRST ISSUE STEREO VINYL LP – PCS 3071
Very nice ORIGINAL 1965 UK **FIRST ISSUE STEREO** Vinyl LP for The Beatles ‘HELP!’ on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, and ‘Sold in UK…’ label text.
Both record labels are in very nice Excellent Plus condition, BRIGHT, CLEAN, UNDAMAGED labels, showing nothing more than just a few light centre spider trails.
Side 1 stamped matrix is YEX 168-1 and Side 2: YEX 169-1.
Side 1 stampers: 1/GM/Side 2: 2/L.
There is an embossed ‘KT’ tax/price code is visible to the centre of the side 1 record label.
Both sides of the vinyl disc is in Excellent condition – showing some faint hairlines, but no deep scratches or scuffs visible, both sides of the vinyl LP still retain a high gloss finish.
Play Quality:
The album plays very well from beginning to end, very quiet between tracks, a very powerful Stereo sound quality.
The album comes in an ORIGINAL Lined ‘Use Emitex’ Printed Inner Bag which is a very nice example in excellent condition, NO seam splits, just some light inevitable creasing.
….And is housed in its ORIGINAL Front Laminated 1st Issue Garrod and Lofthouse, three flipback, STEREO Sleeve printed with an outlined ‘stereo’ to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve, and the stereo catalogue number ‘PCS 3071’ to the reverse.
The ORIGINAL First Issue Garrod and Lofthouse STEREO Laminated Picture sleeve is in Excellent Minus condition. The front of the sleeve is VERY GLOSSY, FIRM, BRIGHT, CLEAN, with only mild record indentation, and a crease to the top right corner. The reverse of the sleeve is undamaged showing mild handling marks and light age discolouration. All three flip backs are UNDAMAGED. The spine edge is UNDAMAGED and the wording ‘Help – The Beatles’ clearly readable.
SUPERB Vinyl on this one and great to find this COLLECTABLE Beatles UK 1st Issue in such overall CLEAN, COMPLETE and RESPECTABLE condition!
