Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
George Harrison-"My Sweet Lord"/"What Is Life" 45, a UK import, Apple R 5884, released in 1976. This is the re-issue with the "Gnome" picture sleeve which was released to promote the new "Best Of George Harrison" LP. This is a very rare promo pressing. Side one matrix is: 7YCE 21511 2; side two matrix is: 7YCE 21512 1U. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition; this appears unplayed. Labels are also in NM condition. Sleeve is in NM- condition, with a few light creases; no tears or splits. Rare piece of George vinyl; this is very hard to find.
