Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
George Harrison-"Wonderwall" LP, Apple SAPCOR 1, a UK import released in 1968. First Stereo pressing, not a re-issue, complete with black inner sleeve and insert. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG+ condition with a couple of superficial scratches on each side.
Side 1 matrix: SAPCOR 1A-1, with original catalog number STAP 1A-1 scratched out
Side 2 matrix: SAPCOR 1B-2, with original catalog number STAP 1B-2 scratched out
Cover is in NM- condition with a light crease in the upper right corner. Black inner sleeve is in great shape, as is the insert.
Classic George, in overall nice shape. This was the very first LP release on Apple
