EXCEPTIONAL VINYL DISC, RARE EXPERIMENTAL ‘Zapple’ LABEL, TOTALLY COMPLETE
Album Description/Condition:
‘Electronic Sound’ was George Harrison’s second UK solo album release, and the final album release on the Zapple Record Label. This important album was the second of only two albums ever to be released on the Experimental Apple subsidiary Label 'Zapple' (the other being, John & Yoko’s Unfinished Music No2 Life With The Lions.
This RARE Vinyl LP has a very distinct Green APPLE label and is printed ‘ZAPPLE’ in Silver Print across the top of both sides, with the Sold in UK, and Mfd in UK, label text. Both sides of the record labels are STUNNING Mint Minus condition, showing hardly any signs of play, a perfect set of record labels.
The Official Side 1 matrix is ZAPPLE 02 A-1 and Side 2: ZAPPLE 02 B-1.
The side 1 stampers are: 1R and Side 2: 1M.
Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in Mint Minus condition , a beautiful gleaming vinyl disc, you can’t get better than this, just amazing condition, with just very light signs of the record being taken out of the abrasive black inner bag
The Vinyl LP comes in it’s original printed **ZAPPLE 02** 3 Savile Row London W.1.inner bag which is in undamaged Excellent Plus no tearing, no seam splits, no handwriting, just, as you would expect, some very mild creasing.
The album is housed in its ORIGINAL fully laminated picture sleeve.
The picture sleeve is in beautiful Excellent Plus condition, the lamination on both sides, is extremely GLOSSY, the colours BRIGHT and VIVID, and there is NO damage to the edges or the spine, on the reverse of the sleeve at the top near the gate edge, there are two small areas where the laminate is missing, this i am sure happened during the manufacturing process, the laminate around the two areas is perfectly sound (see scan), the spine edge is UNDAMAGED and the wording is clearly legible.
This UK Original 1st Issue **Zapple** album is a very nice example, and the second of only two on this rare Zapple Records Label.
