Description
This is the ultra rare version of the Beatles 3rd single From Me To You/Thank You Girl on Parlophone R 5105.
This has capitalised rim text and the Northern Songs Ltd credit on 3 lines.
This version dates from the end of 1963/Spring of 1964.
There are very, very few copies of this single in existence so this is a rare opportunity.
The vinyl surfaces have a good sheen to them, there is a little wispy bag rash.
I have just replayed both sides of the record and can report no skips or sticks, there is some static crackle that a professional clean should improve.
There is no writing on either label's.
Matrix 7xce 17329-1N, 17330-1N.
Stampers ROA5, ROL5. (All of these singles that I've examined have the same stampers indicating a very small pressing run).
The tax code MT is stamped in the runout area however MKT is stamped in the centre of side 1.
The record comes in a generic green Parlophone sleeve of the period.
A very rare opportunity to obtain an ultra rare label variation of a Beatles single.
