CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT

Both are clean & bright with just a small number of spindle trails, mostly to side 1.

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Both playing surfaces are 'as new' and totally unmarked in strong daylight, meaning they are free from any scuffs, marks or scratches of any kind. Even close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp revealed just a handful of barely visible wispy paper hairlines, such is the unblemished quality of this disc.

Play: EXCELLENT +

This disc has received just a few careful pays on top-quality equipment and my single careful play-check at volume found the sound quality to be flawless throughout. Every track is free from any traces of groove/play-wear distortion or background noise of any kind. Both run-ins and all bands play silently and the entire album is clicks, pop and tick-free. Tough to find a better sounding copy of this title in this format.

Cover

VERY GOOD +

A very solid and strong example of this extremely fragile cover which is free from any of the usual faults associated with this construction. The delicate front leaf is clean & flat with a few ripples in the laminate on Ringo's head but all of the exposed outer edges are sharp & unworn. There is a curious whitening to the dark areas on the front and rear panels, possible from manufacture or most likely storage. However, apart from that and a few small areas of laminate lift on the rear panel towards the spine, there is little to fault. Inside, whilst free from any major damage does display some faded areas on the left panel but no writing or missing paper to either. All seams of the rear pocket are smooth & unstressed and the spine is clean, square and unworn.

Inner-sleeve

EXCELLENT

Clean & flat with a few faint storage wrinkles and a small initial 'FS' written in one lower corner but no tears or seams splits.
