The Beatles - Beatles For Sale
(Parlophone PMC 1240 UK LP 1964)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated gatefold sleeve, which has inner flipbacks. It has an outlined "Mono" on the front. It comes with its original tracing paper lined Emitex inner sleeve. This is in Near EX condition.
The record has yellow & black Parlophone labels. They have "The Parlophone Co...", "Recording First..." & "Sold In The UK..." texts. The matrix numbers are: XEX 503-4N & XEX 504-4N. The mother stampers are LA 3 8 & GTG 2 8. A genuine UK original mono pressing.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is some mild to more moderate rubbing wear, ringwear & fading on the inner gatefold left panel. There is a small 1 cm bit of wear to the bottom & top spine. Some mild laminate peeling to the spine. VG condition.
Vinyl: Some light to mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & about 4 light hairline marks. VG condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG+ overall. There are a few light clicks on one track.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £30. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
