Beatles First U.S. Performances~Rare 1975 Purple Cover~CBM/King Kong 1070~Sealed. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.

This has been in my collection, in a smoke free environment since 1975... in the same pristine sealed condition it is in today.

Quality: ‘VG’ rating for the Washington D.C. tracks and a ‘G’ for the last track on side 2, substituted, so the record would not end abruptly with the incomplete version of “Twist And Shout”, as that was how the only known copy of the kinescope ended.


First appearance of a direct copy of the soundtrack of the kinescope billed as “”THE BEATLES” plus “The Beach Boys” and Lesley Gore “; also the first ever use of closed-circuit broadcasting for a rock concert.
