Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection due to it being to large and taking up too much room. So please look at my other listings, regrettable they’ve got to go. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a album by The Beatles titled Beatles For Sale. This is a UK 1st Original Pressing on Parlophone PCS 3062. This is the very first pressing on the Yellow/Black label and it’s the much RARER STEREO copy. The label shows “Sold in UK” statement, “Recording first published 1964” statement and with “The Parlophone Co. Ltd” label text (see Photo). Also has the OUTLINED stereo text on sleeve and ‘KT’ tax code on side one. What is even rarer is the condition, it’s in absolutely FANSTATIC condition. Trust me you will not find a better copy. I don’t grade it NM lightly, but I truly believe this is the best copy you’ll find. Listening to it is like hearing the album for the first time.
Matrix numbers are: YEX142-1 / YEX 143-1
Both sides of the album are in NM condition. NO Background Noise/Static, even in the run-ins and run-off groves it is very clean and crisp. It goes with staying that there is NO skips, Jumps or Pops. Visually the record is in NM condition, NO scratches and NO hairline scratches.
The GATEFOLD laminated sleeve is in EX+ condition. NO marks, NO pen names. NO spine wear, there is a little very light/minor edge wear. NO ring wear. And if I’m being really picky there is a tiny amount of creasing in bottom right corner.
Original Inner and Labels are in EX condition. Tiny amount of spindle wear
