THE BEATLES - 'ALL MY LOVING'
UK 1964 1st PRESS 4-TRACK EP
This respectable 4-track EP is a 1964 UK pressing on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8891
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and have 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present around the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 790-1N & 7TCE 791-1N
Stamper codes: 2/O & 2/H
Housed in a front laminated, bi-flipback 'Garrod' printed picture cover.
The rear panel omits the Robert Freeman photographer credit.
CONDITION
Labels: EXCELLENT
A fine clean & undamaged pair with just a few light spindle marks around the side 2 centre hole only.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both surfaces are very clean & retain a nice deep-gloss shine. However, there are some wispy light surface marks on side 2 consistent with turntable contact - none of which are deep or feelable.
Play: VERY GOOD +
This copy has received just some infrequent, careful play and there is no significant deterioration to the sound quality anywhere. The only distraction during my play-check was a few light ticks between songs on side 1. Apart from that however, there is little else to fault.
Cover
VERY GOOD +
A clean & glossy example with a glossy, unworn front panel which bears little more than two small wrinkles and a faint impression of the disc's label ring towards the centre. All corners & both opening edges are sharp & the rear panel is clean & free form any marks, writing or missing paper.
