1969 UK 'ONE EMI BOX' *EXPORT* PRESSING

**NEAR MINT**

Here is an extremely rare 1969 GENUINE UK PRESSED EXPORT LP on the UK 'One EMI Box' label: PPCS 7088

Both labels carry the 'Made in Gt. Britain' text & 'The Gramophone Co Ltd...' rims.

House in a fully laminated 1st issue 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with a just visible misaligned Apple logo on the rear panel.
The Apple logo on the rear panel is covered by the original 'gold 'Parlophone' sticker.
The disc is housed in an original die-cut matt black inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1
Stamper numbers: 5/OOA & 1/MMT
Disc weight: 138g

There are no spindle marks to either label.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Both sides are pristine, unmarked & totally 'as new' MINT condition when viewed in strong daylight.
Close & careful inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals only a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines but absolutely no scuffs, scratches or any other signs of visual wear.
One of the best copies you will ever see.

Audio: NEAR MINT

Having played this copy once carefully at volume, I am pleased to report that the sound quality is faultless and 'as new'.
All tracks play perfectly without any trace of background noise, groovewear or indeed any form of audible wear.
Both run-ins and all bands play silently - there really is nothing to fault here at all.
You will not be disappointed.


Cover: EXCELLENT PLUS

This early example is flat and clean and retains its high gloss laminate with just minor storagewear rubbing and a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle on John's shoulder.
There is some minor shelfwear bruising to the lower two corners but the upper two are sharp and square. Both opening edges appear untouched
The rear panel is in pristine condition with no laminate wear or creasing. The 'gold' Parlophone sticker has slight wear to the right edge but has clearly never been removed.
Both seams and the spine are all strong, unsplit and totally undamaged.
