1969 UK 1st PRESSING LP
**NEAR MINT AUDIO COPY**
This superb 1969 UK 1st pressing is on the dark green Apple label: PCS 7096
The side 2 label OMITS the 'Her Majesty' title.
Housed in a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.
The Apple logo on the rear panel is aligned with the track listing.
Complete with its original plain white 'Patent No. 1,125,555 inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1
Stamper numbers: 3/ODH & 5/ALP
Just a few small & light spindle trails visible directly under halogen light.
Visual: EXCELLENT PLUS
Both sides appear MINT when viewed in strong daylight with no groove-whitening or dulling to the surfaces from improper long-term storage.
Close & careful inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals just a few fine wispy paper hairlines, but no other marks or wear.
100% flat both sides on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: NEAR MINT
This wonderful sounding disc has received just careful light play on top quality equipment.
The sound throughout is perfectly clean & clear, with no trace of any background noise or groovewear on any track.
Both run-ins and all bands play extremely quietly & there are no clicks, jumps or any other audible faults anywhere.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A beautiful example with a perfectly clean, glossy laminate which bears just a few loght wrinkles towards the upper lfet corenr but no 'thumbnail' creases.
There is a small bump to the lower left corner all other are undamaged and both opening edges are clean & sharp with no tears or 'feathering'.
The rear panel is as clean as the front & all seams & the spine are in perfect condition.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Crisp & clean with just a a few light storage wrinkles but no splits, tears or writing.
