THE BEATLES - 'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'
This UK STEREO pressing of their 1964 soundtrack LP dates from c.1968 on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3058
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text with 'The Gramophone Co...' worded rims
Earliest/1st pressing matrix numbers: YEX 126-1 & YEX 127-1
Stamper codes: 3,4/PG & 2/MD
Vinyl weight: 153g
Housed within an front laminated, trip-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover, with 'small' front stereo indicator
Complete with original red/white EMI advertising inner-sleeve

A superb clean & unworn pair with just a small number of extremely light spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine deep-glossy playing surfaces which retain all of their factory shine with just a few harmless paper scuffs consistent with inner-sleeve removal visible on side 2 only.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
Exceptionally clear, clean & unworn sound which has never been equaled on any pressing or format since. This barely played copy is totally free from any groove/playwear distortion on any track or either channel. Apart from a touch of low-level vinyl background between tracks, there is nothing to fault on this wonderful sounding pressing which will not disappoint.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A clean, unworn example which has been stored within a non-smoking environment. The striking front panel retains an unscratched high-gloss laminate with just a handful of small 'thumbnail' wrinkles near the front opening edge. There is a touch of wear to the upper left corner tip both opening edges are sharp and undamaged. The exposed rear panel is perfectly clean & unblemished and all flipbacks & seams are fully intact & unstressed.
The spine is clean, unworn & fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
