The BEATLES. Kimber Records. Bootleg. Double Album. 27 Live Beatles songs from various concerts. All 12 songs from Hollywood Bowl, summer 1964, and all 11 songs from Tokyo 7-2-66. Plus 11 random other cuts. Some live and some from albums and some from BBC. Condition is Goldmine EX vinyl and labels, and VG+ sleeve. Concert dates or other info I. Ink on back of sleeve to help ID the song sources. Front Cover and vinyl looks fantastic by any standard. The labels look cheesy and semi homemade (bootleg of course) and who knows where Kimber comes from, maybe the bootleggers name. And as a side note, the song titles could all be Led Zeppilin tunes. I’m familiar with a few but not all. Can someone verify they are all LZ song titles?? And why?? So they don’t get caught bootlegging Beatle songs??? By the 1980s Everyone realized the value of any Beatles Recording. Preserve everything, don’t destroy anything, clean them up, sort them, compile them, release them in any semi-organized way anyone could think of and, presto, another million selling album, legit or boot! Then mix them up and do it again!! Anyways, like true art, they’re great no matter which way you see/hear them! Several incredible tracks. The rare live Yesterday, Nowhere man, if I needed someone, and Paperback writer from the 1966 tour. And the fantastic opening with Twist and shout at Holly wood Biwl in 1964, later most of those songs were released by Capitol, in 1977 I think. So great to hear the Beatles live. Incredible energy from them and the crowd! This vinyl is virtually UNPLAYED. And the cover is a hoot! As you recall the title was going to be their 2nd movie, and was even mentioned on all US Capitol Ticket to Ride singles, but they came up with Help! and quickly cancelled the use of the Eight Arms title. Rumor has it the song Eight Arms was done to the Eight days a week melody, which predates Ticket to ride by 4-5 months. Anyone?? See images, actual sale item.
