Description
Beatles 45 record with picture sleeve "We Can Work It Out / Day Tripper" in overall good condition. From Capitol Records, #5555, recorded in England. Record is stamped on the "We Can" side "45-X-44377-F-1" and on the "Day Tripper" side "45-X-44378-G-4". Sleeve is the same picture of the famous pop group on each side; it has "Printed in U.S.A." on one side near the bottom edge. This 45 was a non-album single released in 1965; it reached #1 on the British charts; "We Can" reached #1 and "Day Tripper" #5 on the U.S. charts.
Record's labels are complete on both sides. The "We Can" label has a light hand-written name at upper left; "Day Tripper" label has the same name (a bit darker) at upper right, along with two spots of tape/label residue, and a place at lower left where black writing has been (almost) rubbed out. Record itself has light scuffs and marks, but no outright scratches; we have not played it so we can't say how it sounds. Sleeve is intact, with minor edge/corner wear, notably across the top (open) edge. It also has light shaping from the record, a small light mark in "Day" on one side, and a very light spot in "It" on the other side.
