This Lp was released on the 3rd of December 1965 in the UK and stayed at the number 1 position for a total of 9 weeks from Christmas that year....What a pressie to unwrap!

 Certainly NO skipping or jumping.
I have just played her all the way through and found a wonderful  RICH AND DEEP SOUND REPRODUCTION.
There are light marks to her, creating some very. very light and only occasional background noise, certainly nothing offensive.
FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN.

It also has the 2 flase starts at the beginning of "I'm Looking Through You" which I find fascinating and very 'live' like :)

The rare part of this album:
1st presses just have The Beatles' names to the top, under the title of Rubber Soul. Later pressings have THE BEATLES at the top.
This is a very first press.
I have just noticed there is a feint name in black biro to the side 2 label-nothing bad at all.
