Beatles White Album Vinyl Early 1968 1st Pressing Mono.
Released in November 1968, my girlfriend bought this for me for Christmas 1968.
This album is a rare early first pressing mono, with the misprint omission of “An EMI Recording” and has the “Sold in U.K.” etc on all four labels. The omission of the EMI print was spotted after the first pressing and was subsequently added to second pressings onwards.
All four vinyl’s have visual marks but none of these affect the playback. I’ve played it in its entirety today and it’s very good, particularly for a vinyl that has been enjoyed over the last 55 years.

The cover is in good+ condition, top opening, with very little cracking of the spine which is often the problem with the laminate splitting. Embossed with a reasonably low number 0089218.
The black inner sleeves are both original, one is in good condition the other is in fair condition with some slight splitting. These were notoriously flimsy from day one.
Includes the four photos in good condition, two of them have small sellotape marks on corners.

This is a great example of the rare early first press White Album to add to any quality collection.
