Beatlemania With The Beatles (1978 Canadian Capitol) (ST 6051 WIDE STEREO) NM

Hello vinyl friends. I am selling off my all-analogue vinyl Beatles collection in stereo.

After tremendous amounts of researching online, buying, listening to and comparing Beatle pressings, I decided to build up the majority of this collection using mid to late 70s solid-state cuts from the UK.  With those, you get records cut directly from the original master tapes and you get the warmth of the tube equipment that the Beatles recorded on combined with the clarity and punch of a solid-state cut. The exceptions to this are my copies, which I am also selling, of Please Please Me (German Apple), With The Beatles (Canadian Capitol), Magical Mystery Tour (German Horzu) & debatably the Hey Jude LP (German Apple) which for various reasons, sound better in non-UK cuts.

The vast majority of my Beatle records are Near Mint with very special attention paid to surface noise.  I don’t like it and I won’t have it on my Beatle records.  These records were tracked down and bought for my own pleasure first and foremost (I had to slog my way through several pricey “blue boxes” to find perfectly quiet UK cuts).  Of course IT IS A RECORD and there will be some very minor stuff here and there depending on your system but you have my money-back guarantee that the records are all very, very quiet. I play-grade all records on sound alone. If there are problems with any tracks I will let you know in the listing.

If you check my seller feedback you will see I have sold many audiophile Beatles records with raving customer satisfaction.  You might be paying a bit more with me, but you will be getting a great, well-kept record, not something skimmed from a second-hand store or garage sale and thrown up on Ebay.  Buy with complete confidence!  If you are not happy with anything about the record or the grading, please contact me within 14 days for a return and refund.  Also, please check out my other Beatles records.  Free shipping on purchases of 2 or more records.  All Beatle records have been recently cleaned on a professional vacuum record-cleaner. All they need is a quick sweep with your record brush and you’re off and running.  Most of them will come housed in really nice, extra thick outer sleeve that I purchased specifically to house this collection.  All records shipped media mail with safe, protective packaging; record shipped outside of jacket.

This sale is for the following record:

Beatlemania!  With The Beatles

1978 Capitol Records-EMI Canada

Catalogue # ST 6051  XEX 447 & 448

Matrix numbers:   ST6051 A TCCA & ST6051 B TLC-A  JC

This is a legendary version of the “With The Beatles” album that is highly regarded in Beatles vinyl circles.  The tapes used were “untampered” with (meaning that this cut lacks the compression that was added after-the-fact to the recordings like on the UK version … though you’d be crazy to not like that one too!).  It sounds dry, loud, and unbelievably in your face.  Sweet, clear, fabulous.  By the way, there are many versions of this pressing that have the WIDE stereo version (which is the one you want) on only one side of the record.  This has it on BOTH.  Check the matrix numbers I've provided to confirm this.

Condition of Record:  NM … FOR SOUND ONLY! … There are markings (scratches and scuffs) on this record.  They do not affect the sound.  When I first bought it I almost cried when it arrived because it was the wide stereo version I was looking for but was visually a big problem, until I put it on the turntable and was shocked to hear how quiet it was.  Remember that I have a money-back guarantee.

Condition of Cover:  NM … record housed in MOFI sleeve, original sleeve not included.
