Description
I specialize in lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic 45s. Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool popcorn, soul, mambo, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, boogaloo, blues, funk, psychedelic, Balearic, modern soul, sunshine pop, mod, weirdo wave, heavy/hard rock, exotica, gospel, and oddball instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. And, in addition to tons of great 45s from greater Texas and Louisiana, I've listed some cool and weird Xmas-related discs this week.

CONDITION: Strong VG (Fantastic player, clear and lustrous vinyl with some faint scuffs and scratches. Small piece of old label maker tape on flip.)
Only on 45! Atmospheric and beautiful jazz noir from 1956, a haunting version with scenester, lyricist, poet,and hepcat character Babs Gonzales on vocals. Very much cut from the same cloth as other moody Gonzales recordings like "Weird Lullaby," "Prelude to a Nightmare" and "Lonely One." In addition to Jimmy Smith on B3, this also features Thornel Schwartz on guitar, and Donald Bailey on drums. Flip "You Need Connections" is more straightahead Babs-ian jive bop, also great.
