Arista AQ 4090.
The sleeve and vinyl are both in amazing, beautiful condition. It took me 40 years to find this extremely rare 45 year old quadraphonic album.
*Please note that this album is sold as a collector's edition. I do not have the facilities to play 4-channel LP's and I do not know what the quality of sound is like on this LP.*
