Description
Released as a 10" on Jah Life in 1982. Catalogue number JL BL 009. I assume that with all Jah Life pressings of this time that this is a USA pressing. The only other information from the label is that it states " A Live & Learn Production" The track also appeared on the LP of the same name and the info from that is that the track was produced by Barrington Levy and Helena Hall, recorded in 1983 at Channel One, with backing by The Roots Radics. Mixed by Crucial Bunny. Distributed by Live & Learn in Washington DC. The A side is the vocal side and the B side is the dub version. The vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with a few hairlines noticed in strong sunlight caused by the rough paper sleeve. The A side label is hand stamped, the B side is blank. There are one or two little clicks during the playing and very light surface noise but really not as bad as most JA pressings. I am probably being over critical with the surface noise as the music is loud and plays above it mostly. This is a killer rhythm and a top tune.
