The jacket is in very good condition, with some shelf wear on the edges, some light dirt staining and some minor ring wear. No tearing or rips.

The LPs have a few small, light scratches and some light dirt. I did nothing more than dust & wipe down with a microfiber cloth before recording it, and that is the only time I have played it since I got it.

Going by the Goldmine guide, I would class the records as EX.

This is a classic occult album. Barbara the Gray Witch outlines how to tell if you are a witch or warlock, chants and rituals, and how to practice witchcraft in the modern world. She covers everything from "white magic" to Satanic worship.

Apparently, she is still practicing as a psychic, Tarot reader, and witch in South Bend, Indiana.

I will include a CD recording with the album. When I record albums, they are coded for iTunes automatically, but you have to manually input the track/album information - for some reason even if I have already done that in my recording program it doesn't always write it onto the CD.

I am not a professional, but I have collected vinyl for some years. I am downsizing now, and selling off some of my records.

My vinyl auction starting prices are determined by the information I find on various auction sites & pricing guides regarding what the albums have sold for in the past.
