Description

Hi, this is a US 45 by Barbara Pittman (spelled with only one T on the label), "I Need A Man" b/w "No Matter Who's To Blame", released on Sun 253. This one appears to be signed by Ms. Pittman (she spells her name with two T's). I would reason a guess that this is an authentic signature, as this record came from a man who was very friendly with quite a few Memphis area musicians, and some other items signed by Ms. Pittman were found in his collection. The record is a very nice VG+ with an indexing sticker on both labels -- looks like they may be removable with a little patience, but I will leave that task to the next owner! Keep your eyes on my auctions -- a large collection of very Memphis-centric records (including a very large amount of SUN records) has just arrived at my doorstep! There is quite a bit of Rockabilly and even a little blues and soul. All records are professionally packaged in custom mailer boxes and protected on the inside by filler pads.
