Description
Folkways FA-2468, "Barbara Dane and the Chambers Brothers" from 1966. Original heavier vinyl plays at NM with virtually no background sound. The heavy jacket is about like new with no visible seamwear, corner wear, rubwear, ringwear, bends, writing, or stamps. Descriptive notes are included and in excellent condition. Songs are "It Isn't Nice", "You Got to Reap What You Sow", "You Just Can't Make It By Yourself", "Pack Up Your Sorrows", "Lonesome Traveler", "We'll Never Turn Back", "Come By Here", "Freedom Is a Constant Struggle", and "Go Tell It on the Mountain". Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $10.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $20.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. (Sorry that Folkways LPs are more expensive to ship overseas - they're very heavy.) Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 additional within U.S. and Canada, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, registered mail is strongly recommended at $11.75 extra. Many old records are practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be bent in transit and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window. More than two LPs together may be mailed inside a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped. All used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm and Grado cartridge.
