Description
For sale is Badfinger's Straight Up, a rare German import, released in 1972 by Apple Records. It's been played a lot and a has a few issues. The cover is graded VG+ because the cover's bottom seam has separated. It can easily be re-glued. Spine and edges have color loss, with a hint of ring wear and corner blunting. The vinyl is near mint and sounds like-new. Like all my records, it's been cleaned with my VPI record cleaner and played on audiophile equipment. This is a great album and would make a great addition to anyone's collection.
I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
