J. S. Bach Suites for Unaccompanied Cello Complete Janos Starker, cello Mercury Records SR3-9016 (stereo)

Cover (box) shows some signs of mild wear, most notably a small split on the back at top center, some slight fraying along the spine at the hinged edge of the box, and the beginnings of a small split on the front edge of the right side (please see listing photos for details).
All six sides show trace sleeve scuffing -- five sides show only faint scuffs -- but please NOTE: 'side one' also has a couple of short, faintly visible hairline scratches that do not affect play on our system. Stampers are as follows: side one - RFR 3, side two - RFR 1, sides three, four, five and six - RFR 2.
Set also includes original extensive notes, detailed timing sheet, and an original promotional insert, dated February 15, 1966: "A memorandum from Charlotte Gilbert, of Mercury Records, to all classical radio station librarians, program-planners, and classical reviewers". These inserts show some faint discoloration from age, but are otherwise in flawless condition.
