Incredibly RARE Bach - St. Matthews Passion 5 LP box set, Otto Klemperer conducting the Philharmonia orchestra.
ED1 Blue silver star, columbia label Made in Gt. Britain Very rare and sought after very first top quality pressing!
This comes from a large collection of impeccably well kept classical vinyl, numerous of which were played once and then put into the record case, more items are listed and will be listed, of which postage will be combined on - with large discounts for multiple purchases.
Visually I have carefully checked all 9 sides of the vinyl under both bright artificial light as well as natural light. Most sides, have a few very light marks, nothing major at all, some have no marks at all. I have not tested the audio as I have limited time, and don't want to risk potential damage to the playing surface of the impressive vinyl EX/EX+
Housed in original, polylined inner sleeves, in nice shape! Along with NM original booklet and original seperators.
The labels, are clean with no evident spindle wear, EX+/NM
The box itself is also in very nice shape, with original stickers, a dink to the bottom right corner, and the joins to the top fold have come unattatched, EX.
Difficult to find at all let alone in this shape!
