FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS I'LL BE LISTING LPs FROM A SMALL BUT HIGH QUALITY COLLECTION OF LATE 1960s AND VERY EARLY 1970s LPs I RECENTLY PURCHASED.
This is an ORIGINAL 1968 2-EYE STEREO PRESSING (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) OF THE 1968 U.S. COLUMBIA RECORDS LP titled 'Sweetheart Of The Rodeo' from the Byrds, with Gram Parsons in his only recorded appearance as a Byrd. It is Columbia Records U.S. catalog number CS 9670, early pressing with mid 1960s '2-eye' Columbia labels.

Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Condition of gatefold cover is VG+ with the main flaw being an area at the bottom of the front cover where the top layer of paper has been torn away as can be seen in my accompanying image; cover also has some wear along the edges and on the corners and some ring and contact wear, particularly on the white areas of the back cover. Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers. This first press '2-eye' stereo LP would be a nice addition to your Byrds or Gram Parsons record collection!
