Cover: Gate-fold is Ex. to Ex.Plus, faintest of ring wear on front. Nicest Copy seen amongst 15/20 I've seen. Has tiny rub on corner tip bottom right, small corner crease top left cvorner. Minor ring impression on reverse. Very small paper scrape on reverse top left corner.
