OK - UP NEXT FOR THE NEXT TWO OR THREE WEEKS - A CHOICE COLLECTION OF 1970s HARD ROCK AND PROG-ROCK LPs!!! - This is a reasonably priced 1973 FIRST ISSUE PRESSING OF THE 1973 MCA RECORDS UK STEREO LP titled 'Never Turn Your Back On A Friend' from British hard guitar rock trio Budgie. It is MCA Records UK catalog number MDKS 8010, heavy rigid vinyl pressing, 2L/1L stampers, gatefold cover, black MCA labels with silver print as shown in my accompanying image. Budgie on this LP are: Vocals, Bass, Mellotron – Burke Shelley / Guitar – Tony Bourge / Drums, Percussion – Ray Philips*

Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original poly-lined stock inner sleeve. Condition of gatefold cover is VG+ with a small slit cut into the upper right edge, possibly indicating a promo or a cutout copy, a light blue rubber stamp near the upper right corner of the front cover as can be seen in my accompanying image, a few small and slight wrinkles, a little contact and ring wear, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, tape, splits, tears, or writing - Back cover has a small factory EMI Records Ltd. gold redistribution sticker near the upper right corner. This LP would be a nice addition to any guitar oriented hard blues rock record collection!
